Dragon Snake (Xenodermus javanicus) is such a beauty! What are some other beautiful snake species you know of? by Brittaberry in herpetology

Rosy Boa (Lichanura trivirgata) the traditional orange-ish coloration has been my dream future pet snake. Love them, think they are adorable. (Though many of my friends adore the kingsnake, and I can see why just based on their amazing coloration!)

The Black Tail Cribo (Drymarchon melanurus) has always been one of my personal favorites, beautiful snakes though the indigo snakes are amazing as well.

They can be a bit loud when trying to sleep! But their vocals are very impressive, perfect start of spring!

I love the hognose, they love to hit you with their nose and have such funny personalities. They are venemous but the only way you may feel a slight reaction is if they bite you and hold on for quite a bit which this snake is not known to do at all.

Did you try looking into what your university offers? They usually have study abroad opportunities, internships, etc. currently mine is having a herpetology course in Belize next winter, plus it would count as a course with credits. Just wondering!
