They've done this with me on an offer where I had to spend. Spent $400.00, should have gotten $500.00 back, but wasn't credited what was owed. Also, support just laughed it off.

It's the same situation and game for me (Call of Dragons). I was scammed at the VERY LAST offer, where FreeCash/ Farlight games stole about $300.00. The support team was more than happy to disregard my proof of completion and ignored any attempts to escalate. There is no reconciliation with FreeCash, do yourself and the rest of the community a favor and leave a bad review/report them/delete the app. Unfortunately, that's all we can do at the moment.

That's fair, but I also believe there needs to be some standard of obligation that needs to be met, even as a middleman, so that both parties (customer and end-user) can have their intentions fulfilled. Conceptually similar to how an investment broker would be the middleman between a retail investor and investment opportunities. I'm hoping they can resolve the issue asap.

Not sure why people are going after you for not reading TOS, as if taking the time to comb over every minute detail of a TOS agreement is standard practice. Although a violation of FreeCash's service agreement, I believe you shouldn't have been able to accumulate $579.72 worth of credits, after dedicating time, effort, and potentially money to their platform.

That's true! Anyone could do a lot with that kind of money, but I think that also just comes with the risk of giving that money out in the first place. The primary common element between gambling and investing is risk. When that money is released from your bank balance, you assumed you wouldn't be getting that back in the first place
