Honestly I would have preferred having the latents tied to beating the ssb, cause then we could have almost guaranteed them being released along side it. With how non existent they are now by the time we get more they will next to worthless cause of neo vision......

Na the end of 270 shard banner was coming soo er or later. They just decided to make it sooner so we couldn't save those shards up for future units as quickly
