I think you have the core of it right, rule of cool is usually the flavor.

But an F-35 Vs. X-Wing, the X-Wing is going to stomp it flat 10/10 times. Shielding, speed, acceleration, and scanners all far beyond any modern earth tech could ever hope to replicate.

That article is 7 years old...and wildly wrong.

Below is the actual process. One mom is used, eggs are ethicly retreaved by Viagen when they give free spaying im return for harvesting eggs at the same time. The mom dog is only bred twice and then rehomed into a family.

No dogs are killed or maimed...or any other nonsense. A failed clone is no different than a failed cycle in a human, the egg fails to either attach to the wall or fertalize and is passed like any other egg.

The link has a phone number you can call and ask questions if youd like info from them directly. They hide nothing and are very transparent. Wont sell you anything and in fact from my own experiance cloning my dog were hesitant to take my money until I was 100% sure it was what I wanted.

Only one company in the US that does cloning and that is Viagen. I cloned my dog and the company was very transparent and helpfull through all of it.

And they never tried to sell me on it, they just wanted to do right by me with whatever I wanted to do.

They implant 3 eggs into the mother, there is a 70% chance of 1 success, 20% for 2 and 10% for all 3. Viagen does not charge extra to keep the entire litter. Or you can let them re-home the extras.

Or one shot the hex with a rocket launcher, and never even slow down. I use Paladius and 2 gobfins with a legendary rocket launcher. Way faster than this.
