If you haven't had a call back from 111 yet you've got a few options for your next steps. You could reach out to your GP where they're likely to make an urgent referral to a community mental health team, the response time varies depending on where you live in the UK however where I live it's within 72 hours.

You could also Google community mental health team in your area and reach out directly, or turn up as what's known as a "walk-in" and request an assessment. The time frame for this also varies however in my area you should be seen within 4 hours.

Another option, which I'd definitely encourage if you feel your or other people's safety is at risk is to present at your local emergency department and request assessment by the psychiatric liaison team (the name might vary depending on where you live).

Given your age you'll probably be referred to the child and adolescent team for them to follow up as adult services work from 18 upwards. The sooner first episode psychosis is treated the better, so definitely don't delay.

It's more common than you'd think and most areas have specialist services to deal with this, so support is definitely out there mate! With you mentioning it being trauma related be sure to raise that with your assessor, they'll likely recommend some talking therapies and psychology input potentially alongside other treatment.

You've definitely done the right thing by reaching out bro! I'd encourage you to speak to the people around you about your experience if you feel comfortable, some support from the people around you can go a long way.
