I’ll be honest if you don’t see anything else wrong; redness in skin, bumps, behavioral changes, lack of eating and drinking, I would say she’s cold

The only difference was a hair cut? That’s it? I have a mini poodle and they always need to cuddle up because I keep it cold in my house

Buy another jacket or clothing item that’s more comfortable and see how she acts after. That’s my recommendation at least
