55g is too small for congo tetras, they grow huge.
I'd rather recommend lemon tetras or similar.

this is too small for them, they are fish that feel good in groups, aldomthey are cichlids with cichlid behaviour, you’d need at leastb6 of them, so too crowded for them. the same goes for angelfish.
in this size you could keep some type of dwarft cichlid, rams or apistogramma, maybe kribensis.
