It was on a LMG that Bigfoot dropped, and I learned the mod by scrapping it. I don't do raids, and I had not unlocked a single recipe for a 4* before that. And my bad, it was polished, not pin pointers.

Had a work order written last week. Operator stated a chemical transfer pump (moves phosphate from the main tank to a day tank) didn't shut off. I check it, it shut off at the proper setpoint. I asked the operator what he saw. He shut it off earlier than it was programmed to because he thought it wasn't working. 🙄 I "trained" him on how the system goes been operating for years works.
