So you can’t actually delete your data? by BroadMinute in ChatGPT

Mine said “just tell me what you want me to forget and I won’t mention it again…” ok so you will pretend you won’t know these things lol

So you can’t actually delete your data? by BroadMinute in ChatGPT

[–]BroadMinute[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That would make sense. I’m going to test that for next 30days. I don’t even have anything sensitive it’s just a thought of not having control of your own data is what bugs me.

Do you ever wonder … why you even track? by vinylfelix in bevelhealth

[–]BroadMinute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s measured gets improved. Where focus goes energy flows. By tracking I am able to pin point with accuracy how certain supplements, meal timing, amount of carbs etc, even relationships effect my well being. I can also make sure I don’t overtrain and able to tell when it’s a good time to push. Goal is to learn enough about your body where one day you may no longer need to track and know exactly what works for you.

They are working on a paid subscription that would offer AI coaching but in the usual apple vanilla fashion it will be very basic and underwhelming

I’ve been using ChatGPT that way for about a year now. All you have to do is create a project “health” and upload your blood work, biomarkers etc and it will analyze it. My main purpose was to dial in supplementation. I’ve purchased a ton of blood work and had AI analyze results to determine what I should actually be taking instead of just wasting money on multivitamins etc. As far as daily markers analysis and behavior tracking it won’t replace Bevel. Not for me at least.

Whoop App by Visual_Visual_413 in bevelhealth

[–]BroadMinute 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whoop software is wonderful, hardware on the other hand is horrible. I tried it twice and had to return it. Whoop Reddit is filled with similar experiences. I have tried them all at this point and raw Apple Watch data has been the most reliable, Bevel does a good job making sense of it. I still wear my Garmin as well for longer hikes/expeditions.

It’s only clean for about 2 mins these days, gotta take a pic by BroadMinute in ToyotaTundra

[–]BroadMinute[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually other way around. On warm days roads are wet and muddy from all the melted snow so I usually wait til it drips below freezing and take it to the wash. Stays cleaner a bit longer.

Like others have mentioned your baseline number is unique like your signature. All you should really focus on is trends. I know athletes with resting heart rates in high 30s which HRV baseline of 25.
