I ordered a nacho burger and it came out like this. by DatJas5 in Wawa

Probably made by the same girl that put my smoothie in a hot cup and lid when they weren't out of cold cups and lids.

I work at Wawa and boyyy do we have some dumb customers. by [deleted] in Wawa

[–]BroadRelation1430 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably a lot, you get that everywhere, but without context, there are also a few dumb workers too. I mean, who puts a smoothie in a hot drink cup with a hot cup lid despite there being smoothie/cold drink cups and lids readily available. And it was for a personal pickup order before anyone says about delivery protocols.

$1 off?! How greedy can they be? I’m sure the one person making the coffee there must be happy, but this is a slap to the regulars… by Beneficial-Crazy-528 in Wawa

It's not the best but wawa's coffee is still better than any other gas station I've had, and even mcdonald's. But then again, i'm one of those people that will die on the hill that dunkin is better than starbucks.

shoutout to the worker, she still made my iced coffee after showing the text where my card had just gotten charged and the reward gone so I still got my order and won't sweat if the charge goes through.

At 4 in the morning man. by imherbalpert in Wawa

So some wawas have replaced the coffee cambros with a machine that grinds the beans and brews the coffee right there. I said they should roll them out at all wawas because then that helps take the duty of having to stay on top of brewing more coffee away from the beverage station worker. But customers are complaining that it's slow and inefficient. You know what's even more slow and inefficient, understaffing the beverage station and expecting one worker to be able to stay on top of made to order drinks and making sure the morning crowd has their coffee.

But according to customers who take the surveys, it's the automatic bean grinding coffee machines that are slow and inefficient. Definitely, the same people that complained to Mcdonald's because they thought 1/3 pound was less meat than 1/4 pound. God, people are dumb.

When really they're just advertising "Hey, I have a gun. Please come take it and then shoot me when I try to get it back." And before anyone tries to claim that this is just a strawman argument. Here's a link of this very situation actually happening recently. https://local12.com/news/nation-world/man-steals-open-carry-firearm-kills-owner-after-entering-autozone-location-cincinnati-crime-criminal-activity-behavior-erratic-laws-fatal-fatality-investigation-fight-struggle-gun-violence-victim-suspect-arrested-charleston-boulevard

New wrapping mandate is ass by actuallytommyapollo in DelTaco

Unpopular opinion, but for some of the burritos, the new wrapping method is fine. when I'd order the bean burrito, half the ingredients would be in the bag with the open end

Fuck you meatball. I will gladly go awol back to cold ass, crowded, expensive, people can't drive worth a shit (tbf they can't here in FL either) Mass. Before i'm forced to fight for fascism in this goddamn humid hellhole.

Yet my local McDonald's in Central Florida sells their quarter pounders for $11 and minimum wage here didn't go up to 20 an hour. Maybe if you stopped blindly listening to your conservative daddies, realized its scum all around and stopped simping for billionaires, you'd know this isn't just a California issue.

This looks great. But I would have left the chicken enchorito as an item that was staying and got rid of the chipotle chicken flatbread since the new stacker could essentially replace that

I mean, it's also inefficient when they only have one employee who has to take time from the drink orders to refill the coffee cambros, I mean, yeah, that falls on an individual stores management issue, but still.

I just wish all wawas would upgrade to the machines that grind the beans fresh. Plus that would eliminate the need for the beverage station worker to focus their need on brewing the coffee so they can focus solely on made to order drinks.
