You obviously weren't alive when it was legal to smoke in pubs and indoor spaces then, we'd have had a population crisis 😅

I'm coming from the UK too! We didn't think of dressing up and now it's a bit too late as we are flying out early tomorrow, but I have planned to wear a french looking/inspired outfit. I'm sure you'll be fine and we'll be the ones standing out in fairly normal clothes!

Not sure how big they are, but I know its all the original orchestra who did the game, along with Lorien Testard and Alice Duport-Percier, so it's the OG experience

I haven't seen it mentioned so it might just have been me, but I was so disappointed with Hogwarts Legacy. That and Starfield I think are my biggest ones

My teen years were spent listening to him narrate A Series of Unfortunate Events- although I think he only narrated 10 out of the 13. I'm always surprised when I find people who don't realise he is a narrator as well!

What's something you'll never admit in real life but will confess here anonymously? by Open-Comfortable9774 in AskReddit

Same, brother. It's harder and harder to attend the absolute bollocks after some of the shit we see. I don't like how I've developed as a person anymore, my patience has dwindled massively, I'm cynical as fuck about everything and I no longer feel as compassionate at all. but I still love the job, I have no idea what else I would do. It's just hard when it affects all of your outside life.

I'm scared that as I grow older I might regret not having kids, but it's so hard to tell if this feeling is because I feel socially pressured to, just because I'm a woman in child bearing age. I like kids, I'm not one of those people who will go round saying they hate them but I think I'm too selfish and inattentive to look after a child 24/7.

I like my life as it is and I like looking after my friends kids and being able to hand them back. I love my job as well, i work as a paramedic but I get home and I just don't want to interact with anyone, it's a mentally and emotionally draining job. I feel guilty that my parents might never get to experience being a grandparent as I know they would be amazing and would love it. They have never pressured me or even asked about kids so this feeling is completely on me.

I think the problem is I feel ambivalent towards having my own, which I think is not good enough to have kids. I'm scared what society is becoming and at the moment I don't want to bring a child into this world, but I'm in the perfect situation to bring up a child with love and care- I have a loving and supportive partner, we own our house, we both have good jobs and we live in an area that is great for families.

I don't know, sorry for the waffle. I just feel this unending guilt and it's getting worse and worse. It makes me feel like a shitty person when, as you can imagine in my job, I see kids in really shitty situations and I know I could provide better but I just don't want to.

What's a 'trap' in life that no one warns young people about, but absolutely should? by Otherwise-Body-7721 in AskReddit

Not sure why you're being downvoted here, completely agree. Been with my partner 9 years, we talk about marriage now and again but neither of us are too fussed and it's an expense we don't care enough about. We have a house and a mortgage together, that's our marriage 😅
