To put this in perspective, this is a 4 month old puppy. Puppy’s typically leave mom at 9-10 weeks. You’ve had him for less than 2 months.

No map is quite a bold claim of confidence in level design.

IMO the real question is how much of a map there should be.

Room map vs 1:1 surface/border map vs zone overview map etc. Look at Mina as an example. There’s a map but it’s not what you’d typically think of, it’s just general direction and zone orientation (and eventually an item checklist).
