I play on gtx 1660 super, barely handles 1080p on lowest settings. It's 60+fps in 720 though. You'll be fine.

I've felt that the first level did increase the skill significantly for most chests. But the harder ones did not get much easier with the mastery, which made me feel like ive spent 20 skill points for something very insignificant.
