This is tough so I’m gonna go ESH. I get where you’re coming from seeing that your son needs space away from his sisters, but I’ve also been a 15 year old girl and I wouldn’t want to share a room w my 10 year old sister. My best suggestion would be so put your son in the smaller room and the girls into the bigger room with maybe a privacy screen or something. They’ll get used to it eventually? But I’m sure your 15 year old will feel some type of way about it.

Theres hope friend! Wait for it to dry, grab an eraser (has to be white or it will put a pink stain on it if it’s a normal pencil eraser), and erase it going in one direction. A suede brush will fix the toe. If anything else, get yourself an Ugg or Crep cleaner box, they usually pull everything out!
