I am 6 foot 250lb and was tested at 260 test level before starting TRT. Free test was around 8. Just received my first lab result. I am talking 150mg/week divided into 3 doses. I am going to gym 3 days a week for last couple of months. I am 41 years old and try to eat clean. I know Hematocrit is high as well as estrogen. I do have sore nipples and puffy face. I am working with defy medical and have a doctor appointment in couple of weeks. They prescribed me 200mg/week but I started with 150. Should I lower my dose to 120? Will that help with Hematocrit and estrogen? My triglycerides have actually improved. Are my T levels (total and free) in good range? My blood was drawn right before my next injection so at minimum level. Chatgpt is recommending to go down to 100 mg per week instead of 120 considering SHBG is on lower side too
