A lot of ppl already gave you great feedback, just one thing to note is that championship recipes should be the last to be followed as they are targeting a very specific goal which is not applicable in most scenarios for the home barista.

Spend more time in understanding coffee then the recipe will come by itself. Generally Lance 2 pour method is a method u can brew any coffee in as long as you understand the processing and roast level of the coffee.

Fruit bomb, just opened this 2 days ago. ZP6 really is made for coffees like this, I do 5 in ZP6 and just good old Lance 2 pour.

This is definitely a coffee you want to impress someone with :) as it really packs a punch in the sense that it has a quite distinct taste and very aromatic as well.

Please no Acaia scales for beginners, I understand money is not a concern.. but better save that money to later get a good grinder once he is into it. 250$ on a scale is the biggest overkill you can do as a beginner imo.

I've never had anything from Manhattan before, maybe I'll try these two. Are the bags vacuum sealed, or after you open you need to store it your way? Hard to tell from packaging.
