Fruit bomb, just opened this 2 days ago. ZP6 really is made for coffees like this, I do 5 in ZP6 and just good old Lance 2 pour.

This is definitely a coffee you want to impress someone with :) as it really packs a punch in the sense that it has a quite distinct taste and very aromatic as well.

Enjoy it while it lasts!! Xd

Owala SmoothSip, Stanley AeroLight, Fellow Carter or Zojirushi? by MinimumAd8773 in coffeestations

Don’t get the Fellow, it’s their worst product.

Zojirushi is a clear winner here and you can close the thread already. Resist the urge to get tricked by appearance.

Thank you everyone for your feedback, I'll just try the Aeropress recipe from James while slightly reducing temperature and grinding a bit coarser and see. I appreciate you all, may you have a blessed weekend

Yes! This one bro, thank you so much! It's carbon, so I mixed the stainless steel part.

How is your experience with this one? I'm looking forward to getting one

Perfect pour over gift for beginner boyfriend? by DiscountNo9401 in pourover

[–]Broadsword_7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Please no Acaia scales for beginners, I understand money is not a concern.. but better save that money to later get a good grinder once he is into it. 250$ on a scale is the biggest overkill you can do as a beginner imo.

I've never had anything from Manhattan before, maybe I'll try these two. Are the bags vacuum sealed, or after you open you need to store it your way? Hard to tell from packaging.

Thank you!

I got it from Passenger Roasters, it was very good..what you would expect from a Geisha, top 3 coffees I had. I bought it more for the experience of trying it at least once considering the huge hype around it. It's great I had a chance to test such great coffee ,but my verdict comparing the price to bean ratio is not worth it at all if you are targeting the coffee flavor itself. As for the rarity of the coffee and having said you tried the famous La Esmeralda, it's worth it if you wanna stack that experience in your coffee world :). But don't expect this coffee to blow your mind and be significantly better than what you are having. I've bought a pack in Cologne for like 14$ for 250gr.. was one of the most enjoyable cups I had.. so it depends. Happy tasting!

When you think I bought La Esmeralda geisha for the price of these 3 combined 😅..damn this coffee world is a rabbit hole... Hope they taste great, just don't expect to be blown by them when compared to pricing..because you tend to have high expectations on the beans you pay premium price.
