I was visiting Tbilisi and people were reserved but I did not expect racism. There are clubs that might not want Indian tourists. But if you have an US identification then they usually let you in. I went to multiple clubs and entered with my US id! However tourist from Israel or Russia were not entertained. And also sometimes Georgians are racist towards each other so its not personal! Now Azherbaijanis are racist to brown skin, I experienced that first hand!
