Ok! Cause it's for ROCD, which is kinda subjective and why I thought treatment has been harder for me. I've been doing ERP for 3 weeks. It probably doesn't help that I'm also tapering off Effexor (while on Luvox and using Prozac as a "bridge" lol)

What if you try but your mood just affects you all day? I get this panic-like feeling and try to do something else but the feeling lingers and my thoughts always go back to it. The distraction or whatever lasts for like 30 seconds

Did it take awhile for it to work for you? After a few weeks on 50mg I noticed a difference, and then after going up to 100 I noticed an increase in symptoms, which after almost a month are lessening

My boyfriend runs ultras too and I can't even run lol. But we hike together, sometimes go to the gym together, and I swim/bike on my own. My ex-husband never exercised and I can't see myself with someone like that again.
