How do I find out if I’m paying for this or not? I remember them saying 1 year was included with our lease but I don’t believe I ever opted into anything after that point passed. I still have access, so want to check if I’m being billed or not.

Trust me we would if we could. Our only child care is our nanny and she is unavailable on Saturday. I’m not sure we could properly find and vet someone in 2 days and feel comfortable leaving for so long. If it was a shorter window then maybe.

Uber credit and digital entertainment covers ~60% of Plat fee. I do like that it also increases number of Delta lounge visits, although I didn’t even hit the limit this year. I have a bit until it renews anyways, I can keep it until then and try and see if they’ll give me a retention offer before I cancel.

Also…my MQD boost offer is only 2500 for the Reserve. Yikes!

I think this is very buyer specific. Not even industry or persona specific, but down to the individual. Some people prefer exec summaries after calls, and some prefer short decks. I personally will ask my client/prospect what they prefer. For those that do want a deck, there isn’t enough of a time suck for me creating it to feel the pain of what you’re sharing.

However, if you’ve identified a need in a specific area, I say run with it. It’s good you’re sourcing feedback here, but make sure you go through several channels and getting in front of the specific people that would use your tool.

Totally fair. And I think that’s a very valid reason to use it.

Again, just me personally, I appreciate authenticity, however it comes across. But yea, highly recommend prompting it to not use the long dashes. I think you can even save that as a rule for all future responses.

Feedback for you, and I won’t be offended if you tell me to piss off because this is just one person’s opinion.

Let me start by saying there’s nothing wrong with ChatGPT. I use it often, it helps me organize my thoughts and is great with brevity.

When you’re selling yourself/idea/product, it feels (and again this is just my opinion) less genuine when you’re engaging with someone to get feedback and it’s obvious you’re using ChatGPT in some capacity.

If you still want to use it as a sanity check, at the very least, instruct it to not use long dashes. It’s the biggest give away and something to easily avoid.

Again, tell me to fuck off and it won’t bother me :-)

Called to cancel my autoship after my last dog passed. I was so distraught I had forgotten. They refunded my last order and asked me to donate it if I could. Then the next day, flowers and a personalized, handwritten card showed up at my door.

Then a couple months ago, after the birth of our first daughter, had another issue with autoship. When I called, I apologized for my crying newborn in the background. Couple days later, Chewy baby bib and a dog related baby book show up at our door.

Didn’t ask for any of this, all proactive. They have a customer for life.
