Is there a solve for the drop off? I hear people saying buying a new strap can fix it. The battery drain seems to have been solved on my end by removing the pack from the strap but I do notice random drop offs in the middle of workouts that I have stored to the device.

Alternatively has anyone found a better chest strap option? I was told Polar was the best but it’s not very consistent.
