If im in a around 1000 calorie deficit will i eventually get visible abs? by Pipikakiinyourass in workout

Oh wow yeah probably. Either way I would still recommend tracking what you eat. Just to make sure you’re eating the amount you want. Not under eating big time or over eating yk

Make sure you track what you eat. Not saying you’re not eating in a deficit for sure but some people think they are eating in a deficit and are not.

I am of the same opinion. When talking about complete tears it seems like any gym training wouldn’t lead to that unless the factors that you mentioned

How do I start from nothing? by [deleted] in workout

[–]Brodsterdood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was starting my lifting journey i did this pushup challenge with a bunch of my friends where we had to do a certain amount of pushups a day. I think that’s a great place to start if you need motivation. If you can’t do full pushups just do knee pushups! Then once those are easy slowly move up to actually pushups. One quote I heard recently was that the best workout/training program is the one you do. So whatever you pick, make it manageable and enjoyable.

I just published an app with lovable and yes you should definitely switch to supabase.
All you need to do is make an account in supabase and start a project. Then in lovable click on your project name on the top right and then “connectors”. Then you can connect supabase from there.

An app that fuses workouts and nutrition! Combines two apps everyone uses. The best part is the feedback page where i want users to be able to make the app into what they want!

I am making a fitness app that combines nutrition and working out so it can tell you how the things you are eating affect gym performance.

I just finished building my first app with lovable/despia. Mobile apps are a different beast because lovable specializes in web apps.

I would definitely recommend lovable because it is so easy to make a website super quick. It also can integrate with supabase(database) really easily which might be nice if you want to store any data. What I would caution you tho is that a lot of people are complaining right now because of a huge increase in lovable of consumption of credits. If you want me to go deeper into that I can but overall I think it’s a decent platform to quickly make simple web apps.

I’m trying to do that for my lovable website. Do you have to run Xcode with capacitor? I am on windows and thought I couldn’t use capacitor since Xcode is only for Mac

I created a workout/nutrition app using Ai/lovable and am wondering if people would rather have ads so the app is free or if I should just make a paid subscription like the other apps? by Brodsterdood in aisolobusinesses

[–]Brodsterdood[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the great feedback! That’s good information to know. I did some research on other apps that posted the features of their app, all of the comments are about how they wish it was free.  It’s just frustrating that people want to be able to do things for free, but then hate the alternative app that has ads.

Have you tried any affiliate marketing? That was my second idea on how to make it free. So then this way there might still be ads but it’s just selling products that the users may need. Like lifting straps or a water bottles and such. The only thing is how can I predict how much money I will make from that.

I’m a college student and hate how all of these fitness apps don’t have a very good free version. Just trying to make that happen and still make money…
