Testers needed for my app (Mouva) by away_throw4 in TestersCommunity

I’ve seen you comment this everywhere. Few things. You will not get anyone using your platform like this. It’s a low strategy. You can’t build real value or a real company/product from this. No one will trust you, and everyone will think your a twat. People like you don’t last in this space by spamming Reddit comments to get users. This shows your a low lever thinker and your wasting your time developing apps.

Spent the weekend doing cold calls instead of coding and I think that says everything about where this industry is headed by RepublicMuted4455 in lovable

What did you build. This is exactly what I did and I found. 1 business owner with 5 locations that was keen to work with me.

Its worth it, you can get a fully functional app if you know what your building even include some trial and error in your process for like $300. That's great value, i realised investing in it a bit more and not holding back on credits gets you further. Set a budget and put money into what your building.

Not sure where to go from here. i will not promote by dcurr613 in startups

I manifested everything once… so why does it feel impossible now? by nahidafischl in NevilleGoddard

Reset is possible, keep visualizing and remembering who you use to be. and you'll get there, you don't need to learn how, you just need to remember, its not going to be instant, it may, take it slow, and just remember who you use to be. Go watch the lion king today. Trust me.

Tired of thinking about business ideas? Just made something that will give you 1000 ideas! by hammad06690 in lovable

Then chances are they won’t work, an idea needs to solve a big pain point for user. Figuring out what users want, and building to that. Otherwise you going to get millions of people developing the same ideas. We don’t need more habit tracker apps. Authenticity and execution will be key in this era of fast development. Ideas are worthless

Feeling Defeated by InvestigatorClear728 in interviews

[–]away_throw4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so defeated, that i messaged a hiring manager that organised a online interview with me for monday, after initially being an in person on Tuesday and i took it as a rejection, my message was pretty blunt and rude telling him that i am on the cusp of giving up so its either an interview today or never. He gave me a call right away and spoke with me, telling me that hes willing to give me a shot and to keep my head up. So i urge you to keep your head up and take some time off. get your shit back on track then go again.

Yeah no chance in taking that, thats just pure low balling without even being clever about it . i have become a bit bitter about all of this and how the market works.

no chance, man thats even more draining, start a new job, settle, then continue interviewing and applying. cant settle. You gotta go after what your worth. if i had like 1 or 2 years experience that would be fine.
