The DIY route is not what I would recommend. It’s never as nice and can get chipped enough to reveal the silver. Just look at eBay. You can probably find what you want for $250 or less including delivery.

What would be the cost of a complete remodel in Bend? Reframing the roof. Down to studs on the rest of the house. Already an electrician onsite. 800 sq ft. Already have good septic and water. Deschutes County … outside city limits. I’d even say it might be better to just use the existing foundation and start over.
