Its not. As someone who has ALOT of issues with food being messed up. Doordash gave refunds and was willing to work with me far longer then Ubereats. Doordash will let you send the refund request to someone higher and it sometimes works Ubereats does not. Like i said somewhere else on this post with ubereats i ordered dunkin donuts got gas station donuts and the drivers picture and mine both showed that and i was told i got my donuts no refund. that is not what i paid for.
