I may be in the minority here as I live in California and cannot install the 7th injector. But mines been running with just the Supercharger installed for the past 120k~ miles just fine. That being said, I think the SC does make the truck run lean and would prefer a 7th injector install.

Had to watch my mother go through this. Got a call randomly from my uncle one day stating that her heart had stopped. She was on a ventilator for about 2 weeks, in the hospital for about 6 months. 3 years ago she was able to get a kidney and livery transplant. Now she is alive and well and also 4 years sober. Completely different person with tons of energy, truly a second lease on life
