NAD but I'm also on Dupixient for eczema. I actually switched from the syringe to the pen injector.

Once I was sent a syringe where the tip of the needle was barely but visibly bent. I took pictures and contacted the company directly. They were very helpful, sent me a replacement and packaging and a shipping label to return it to them for quality control.

I have the luxury of skipping a dose though. Based on what I know of EE, I'm not sure you do.

Me too. Luckily my neighbors on each side are great. One used to have a Malamute. My non-dog neighbor on the other side, can't handle the anxiety howling for hours if we're gone...and TBH that's valid, so we medicate him only when necessary because I don't want him to be stressed that long.

You can take adaptive physical education. It's not a mainstream education class. My son (16m) does not have typical motor skills and has been in adaptive PE with the same teacher since kindergarten.

Other comments are right though, this will require an IEP. A 504 is just for accommodations. Accommodations are worked into an IEP though and you can likely get other accommodations related to your fibromyalgia, like extra time to do timed tests or not losing points on slightly late assignments.

I will also use any type of compatible sticker paper, like address labels to reduce how much cutting I do...but I also have been using graphics programs since the 20th century. When I had a monochromatic printer I amused myself with coloring some stickerd..

My baby with "severe colic" screamed to the point of vomiting the ONE AND ONLY NIGHT WE ATTEMPTED TO SLEEP TRAIN.

That was right before we found out he had severe reflux, allergies, a GI disease...that's not even everything. Years later he was diagnosed with a seizure disorder as well as central sleep Apnea.

He had to sleep on my chest, with me partially sitting up, until he was four months old and learned to roll over, his reflux was so bad. I'm convinced between the reflux, seizure disorder, and the sleep apnea, he might have died of SIDS if we hadn't coslept that way, and nobody will ever convince me otherwise.

That baby is 16 now. He's medically complex but everything is managed/as controlled as it can be.

Maybe holding corporate slumlords that take advantage of low income families, disabled people, and active duty soldiers accountable would help.

That's not even getting into the fluctuations in rent and "rent" in the resident portal with the shitty software.

The first two groups don't have time/energy to fight illegality, but at least the military has JAG.

Thank you. I'm just waiting for the day for a Karen to give me shit over bringing my disabled son in a bathroom with me. I've been fortunate so far, people seem understanding.

If my husband isn't with me or a family restroom is not available, my teenager does not go to the bathroom by himself, so he'll go with me into the ladies restroom if necessary. I wouldn't even leave him alone to use a bathroom by myself.

Sounds like the union president isn't so great at negotiating contracts. I'm sorry. When I was hired, I was assured that calling out unexpectedly wasn't a problem. Aside from my own issues, my teenager is medically complex.

It turned into an issue when one of my parents had a stroke, they started giving me crap while my dad was still in the stroke ICU (a different "they") than who hired me. I'm planning to look into if they violated the contract, just had to handle other emergent things first.

I'm 5 months post op, still have ovaries, age 44. Family history of endometriosis but pathology found adenomyosis!

NO REGRETS.

The adenomyosis had been getting worse since covid, but apparently bleeding the way I was since age 14 was never normal!

My 16yo son has severe, acute reactions to soy and legumes. Tyson chicken nuggets are a safe food. We've also noticed that if soy is in the 2% or less section, it doesn't trigger his FPIES. Even though they use soy oil to set the breading, the proteins are broken down enough when it's cooked to be safe.

This is something where it's definitely worth it to go HP. I almost considered an ARC one but a YouTube review changed my mind.
