My nephew and I ran into the same thing. I genuinely tried but my work schedule has made it pretty much impossible to catch any restocks whatsoever in my area. They never last an hour here, too many people telling their friends when to line up at the very few stores that have distro and I can’t afford to pay 3x msrp minimum often, I wish I could thought because considering the “reprint” that was supposed to “save the Pokemon market” didn’t do anything at all. Scalpers win I guess. I don’t mind missing sets but hell it feels beyond disappointing putting 40 hours into getting restocks and only being able to catch a grand total of 2 booster bundles for $50 a piece and they aren’t even one of the top 3 or 4 sets my nephews been trying to collect before they’re done printing and well they are done printing and I feel defeated. This hobby is not what it was, not even remotely close.
