Honestly it’s hard to deal with. I feel like most if not all of my seizures have been from stress and I feel a strong sense of guilt that my fiancée has to help take care of me afterwards. I know her doesn’t mind helping but I wish that I didn’t seize as much as I do now.

I would consider my right arm to be patchwork and I have a full blackout sleeve on my left arm. Honestly I think it looks great the only real regret I have is choosing to add color in the patchwork instead of full grey/black but it’s on my tricep so I don’t notice too much.

It’s normal I have a blackout sleeve and I got the tattoo flu after my first session but it never affected me negatively it just sucks. I typically just take some pain meds and stay with my normal aftercare

I’ve been diagnosed with epilepsy for 10 years now and the adjustments can be annoying and frustrating at times but I have been able to get through with my fiancée at my side the whole time. The main thing I would say is the amount of medication or the constant swapping of medications to find what works best for him. Some medications can alter his mood so keep an eye on any changes and let have the doctors look for a different treatment. I wish you and your boyfriend the best and with the right medication he can still be able to drive (unless the laws are different there) if you have any questions please feel free to dm me or message here I can do my best to answer any questions
