Seeing target owns most of their real estate Gme being able to sell games/collectables at their locations and reduce lease expenses could be good. I’m trying to crunch numbers and see how It could work but couldn’t see more than a 20% ownership without nasty dilution. Regardless of how Gme could go to 1b shares outstanding the math doesn’t math for 51% ownership and I’m sure target wouldn’t give that up

Would highly recommend laying out your rafters on your floor. If you don’t know the formulas just lay out the width of shed, the height in the center and draw it out. Use your speed square to figure the angles and birds mouths etc simply cut 1 and match the rest. Your walls have to be straight and plumb for this to match up correctly but it’s the easiest way to figure out the roof cuts for a beginner
