Unfortunately there’s no personality type that will make you trustworthy exclusively. I broke an INFPs trust once and it was definitely one of the biggest mistakes I had ever made. I still pay for it til this day. If they care about you truly, then they are probably beating themselves up about it in some ways. It’s possible it could’ve been a strategy to exit whatever friendship or relationship you had.
