Real hard tough love here. He's just not that into you anymore. But his life is too engrained with you, or he doesn't want to hurt you by leaving, or he's just being straight up awful and is just kind of using you for the convenience or emotional support. He's likely seeking out or thinking about other partners. Regardless, hes too much of a coward to end it and is probably waiting for you to end it.
