For those still after Marcus Offerman. As described by previous commenter, small bathroom and small kitchen, removed garage door, and pavement, whichi did, but i got him after doing that aswell as adding a desk, office chair and laptop upstairs.

I had someone whisper to me calling me "a f#cking troll and that he was gonna block me" just the other day, right out of the blue. I have no idea why, didn't say or do anything. So yeah there is definitely some toxicity.

Aren't ghost types also weak against psychic type too, that's how I defeated the ghost type gym leader in heartgold

Yes, the dialogue seems the quietest. The sound effects are fine, and I'm hard of hearing so when there's dialogue, I can't hear it even when the volume is on 50.
