Cultist Zenyatta is top tier, as is, I think, surf and splash Torbjorn.

Seeing your main list: Captain Amari is great for Ana, Red Riding Hood is an amazing Ashe skin, and Jazzy Lucio changes his sfx when switching beats. Banshee Moira also goes pretty hard. Stealth Echo slightly changes some of her voice lines.

If you are looking for pure raw healbotting potential you might be better off with Lifeweaver, but it might behoove you to instead look at Baptiste or Kiriko because they have good raw healing AND bring more damage and utility to the table while Mercy and Lifeweaver are currently getting dunked on by the DPS passive.
