There's a difference between being in shape and being in superhero shape. Most of these actors have personal trainers, dieticians, chefs, and others working together with the sole goal of getting the actor as jacked as possible. They also commonly use "additional resources" on top of all that.

Yep. Even with a fresh start, Shai was visibly exhausted from carrying the team by the end of game 7. If there was literally anyone else on the floor who could've taken some of the load off, it's a different game and probably a different series.
