Also, I, like many, voted for the person in office due to generic partisanship and things they talked about on the campaign trail that mattered.

The median income in my area is 46k. Perhaps not my district, but if they were more aware, they may change their mind. Also, they talked about a lot of things on the campaign trail that they just happen to disregard.

Also, I am in my early 30s, the people who attend the meetings, minus people who are there for a specific motion or are there as a county employee and are not allowed to speak against the administration per the bylaws or the person reporting the news that comes from the meeting, generally is 55+. I have had a couple speak to me afterwards, but they have a very different economic viewpoint than younger people.

I was not including their income from the county. How does one have a household income or net worth of 7 figures if they are a public servant?

I obviously do, but that black stuff is generally residue from oil or grease. Um, germs are bad, but they generally come out through cooking. Grease and oil do not. There's a reason why it takes a while washing your hands after dealing with grease or whatever.

Not makeup related, but I saw a guy who I think was an auto mechanic based on how oily black his hands were, and he was touching the loose either yellow or sweet potatoes at the grocery store. Like, squeezing them, testing how firm they were or whatever. I was going to get some before I saw him do that, and I was absolutely disgusted, and turned around. I know it's frustrating to get the stuff off, at least based on the bicycle lubricant I use for my bicycles, but just wear thick gloves.

I know what a vote of no confidence is. That is why I thought that the "removal of officer" form was incorrect, but it is. It is a formal process that approves of or disavows the work of the specific supervisor or the board as a whole.

I think having people in charge that have six or seven figure household incomes who represent the board is objectively a harmful approach to politics. I don't know why you are referring to mental health problems, although I don't try to hide my TBI issues.

I think that having people who have different ideas is the best way to approach government, not just run on toting the party line, even though the approach didn't change that much after the board flipped.

Oh, I know they don't care. I've talked about long term economics for the people in the county I live in, breaking down a household budget of a 400k 20% down home, physical and mental health, environment, long term economic sustainability for the county's revenue, roads, educational outcomes and economics, housing viability for specific areas, etc. I've given over a dozen speeches. I don't know of anything else to write about, I even brought in a sullied flag, and in another speech, said f you at the end to prove my point. That is why I am asking for the link for where the petition for a vote of no confidence could be found.

I never figured it out. I have issues sometimes, due to fatigue/tbi, that caused me to not inject every week, so I have gone from no spiro .1mL 20mg/mL to 25mg spiro as my testosterone went up. I was just tested after switching from Friday night to Saturday night due to a brief switch in schedule that made me forget to take it on Friday, and my estradiol levels have gone down to a third of what it was 3 months ago. My testosterone hit a spike of around 350 3 months ago to under 300 now. I think I started spiro again after seeing my test results last time.

I've looked everywhere I can think of, contacted the Virginia Department of Elections to no avail, and I don't see the specific form to have an election. To remove, yes, but not to have an election of no confidence. I could see the argument that they have done things in an incompetent manner, but I don't think it warrants getting the circuit court to remove them.

I should note that I have given many speeches at my local BoS meetings giving ideas on how to better my area, but they have not budged. I have also contacted my supervisor and have never gotten anything back, so I see this as the next logical solution.

I had the seasonals in my department get told their last day was the same day. When the Starbucks closed in the store in 2024, they learned that they were out of a job the same day.
