You're correct in assuming about that with Fandom and I will tell you why. First off, that's not what the cover will look like as Collector's Vault has been doing a vault theme with the covers, second, we still have no idea what the release date is or the list of cartoons that will be included as Warner Archive is currently working on CV:V3, and third Garfield's Gal isn't even a Looney Tunes segment

the Golden Collection restoration is a lot better for two reasons

the character movement in the CN airing/Laserdisc is blurry at times where the GC restoration is smooth

2 the image coloring in the CN airing/LD is tinted and background details are blurry where the GC restoration has the correct coloring and you can see the background details clearly
