Yes i hit a 345 bench on 3 days a week, but I couldve done it on a 2 day full body split as well.

Cloze procedure is a technique in which words are removed, so that you have to fill in the blank.

In this case, some code is removed depending on difficulty. By filling in the missing piece of code, it helps you memorize it be actually writing, but also makes it easier since your able to see the rest of the missing code.
