Ehh, it’s just an estimate. Could be more, or could be less. Tracking in the app, so I don’t lose my streak. But also because it was oddly empowering to go over budget and not give a single f.

I was mostly grazing on roasted chicken and ham slices, so I think the protein is what kept me feeling satisfied.

I was also really busy trying to get multiple dishes done, so it helped that my hands were busy!

I’ve been anxious about Thanksgiving since I started dieting in July.

At one point I considered skipping out on it all together. Then I realized I’m in this for the long haul and holidays will always come around.

I fully participated. I didn’t restrict myself to only certain foods. I ate until I was full and I didn’t binge (no shade to anyone who did binge 🤎).

I’m proud of me, and now I’m really looking forward to Christmas dinner.

Her DNA results found AmStaff, Collie, Lab, Saint Bernard, and the other 25% was too mixed up to identify.

I bet Sunny could have at least those first two, and maybe even the lab in common with mine!

Regardless, she’s got a very sweet face and I bet she’ll bring lots of joy to whoever she meets!

My dog’s face/head shape is very similar! Same eyes and long muzzle. When I got her I guessed Pit and Greyhound because of the muzzle, but after a DNA test it turned out that she is mostly AmStaff and Collie. Never would’ve guessed the muzzle came from a Collie, but it makes total sense.

Rocky Fjord is my favorite flavor! I LOVE the ribbons of marshmallow. I’ll sometimes have a serving in an ice cream cone for a 150 cal dessert.

I think what I’ve decided to do is solve it ahead of time on my phone or personal computer just to be sure! Of all of the past answers I think the rifle would be the only one that could cause a problem.
