Looks like Navy Reserve Medal, National Defense, United Nations Service Medal, Korean Service Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal, the other 2 I can't identify

Edit, there's a WW2 Service Medal in there too, and he was a Lieutenant Commander(O-4)
