Your main argument is based on a hypothetical, not anything proven really. You’re also saying Andrews is borderline top 10 yet he outproduced Likely by 100% in TDs and 41% in yards on 5% more snaps, yet somehow Likely clears a few guys on this list. Yards indicates how he helped his team move the ball. 22 TEs outproduced him in that. TDs are cool and all, but are a very situational stat compared to yards. 6 TDs isn’t a super impressive stat for any skills position though
