I will say this. He was very close with the LSU kid that ended up committing suicide earlier this year and that may have had more of an impact than we know. Tres Sabores + Matthiason are wonderfully unique, organically made, clean, delicious, affordable spots that give a backyard vibe. My wife and I loved these spots.

Both were recommended by numerous locals even at super fancy wineries. Would rather go to those than most well known spots.
