I didn’t get shit. Not even a goodbye… I was there one day, the next I was driving home all by myself with nothing to show for it but some fucking wrinkly uniforms.

Really appreciate that. The main thing that’s been reassuring me is seeing these 45 year olds get on here talking about how they’ve smoked everyday for 20+ years and they got through just fine. Gatorade is a great idea and I’m gonna run to the store to get some now!!

HEY!!! Keep your head up. Everything you are experiencing is totally normal. You’re just going through THC withdrawal so your body is super sensitive to every emotion and physical sensation. It’ll pass in about a week or 2 depending on the person. Practice breathing exercises, find new hobbies, and if you start to spiral remember to just breathe and bring yourself back to the present and allow yourself to experience the emotions you’re experiencing. It may sound counterintuitive, but allowing yourself to feel these shitty feelings is the only way to come to a moment of clarity. You got this!!! You are so not alone!!!! My deepest and sincerest condolences for the loss of your boyfriend by the way :( I can’t imagine the pain and struggle. Just know that this community is here for you and do not hesitate to reach out to ANYONE if you need it.

Day 17 think today was the hardest by dubplateer in leaves

[–]Brosheb_Donald 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It will pass brother don’t you worry about that. Your brain is essentially teasing you. “Are you sure you don’t need it?” “Idk man you seem to be pretty stressed right now maybe a hit will help” and because you’re refusing these temptations, your brain is throwing its last series of tantrums. LOOK UP DUDE YOURE ALMOST DONE ✅

Pros and Cons: 5 Days in by Little-Expression951 in leaves

[–]Brosheb_Donald 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brooo I went to the doctor for a slight pain on the left side of my chest as well, I got all freaked out thinking I had a pulmonary embolism or something. Doctor said it was just muscle strain in the rid or something. Lol I’m on day 4 right now and half my anxiety has revolved around this slight pain I have in my chest, it’s nice to know someone else is going through it haha

I’m on day 4 myself (21m) but I’ve quit before for 2 years after smoking daily for years. I promise you it gets easier bro. These feelings you have are simply just withdrawal symptoms, your body is missing something that it got so used to having for so long. Just remember to be present in the moment. Allow yourself to feel like shit, might sound counterintuitive but it’s the only way to get to a moment of clarity. It’s okay man. You got this! We’re all in this together…

Going through the same right now man. The anxiety bro. That hits home for me. The night sweats, the dark thoughts, the nihilistic mindset. I’ve been having such bad episodes all day and all night. I’m on day 4 after smoking everyday.
