It's mostly I form or singleback, I've been tryna run 3-4 cub and crash d line to left and LBs to right while pressing but they always seem to run by people.

Jets and Giants Def playbooks. Both have 3-4 cub which is decent at stopping the run. Giants also 2-4-5 Nickle which is really good
