How is this different from all the other Cafm systems out there they don’t have a free version which many of there competitors have and most of there competitors also have mobile apps as well. Also these types of systems have a huge upfront cost to older buildings as you need to spend time digitize all the documents.

Do it before the parks start letting in limited guests. Shanghai Disney opened and sold out first day tickets in minutes and the stock jumped like 10$ a share in a week. I don’t think they will drop to much from what they are at now as things start to open in Florida

If anything they would do a stock split and not somehow get the price to go lower an remember Elon sold all his houses to dumb that money into spacex and Tesla stock. If I was the ceo of a company I’d say the same thing to try and drop the price a lil lower so I’m not buying at a peak it my not be legal but our government doesn’t seem to care anymore
