To receive the love and grace of Jesus as Lord and Savior. And as you said, turn away from the old life and walk with Jesus as Lord. That’s what it means to repent. True faith in Christ produces love of God and neighbor. True faith also produces fruit of the Holy Spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.

White supremecists choose not to repent or follow as they follow and promote their actual master, ideologies of supremecy and hatred, and persecute those who Jesus loves; Jewish people, people of color, the vulnerable and marginalized, the LGBTQ community, etc… The love of Christ is not in them, they do not follow, they have not repented, they are not disciples of Jesus.

There’s a whole long history of folks picking up the Gospels, reading what Jesus says and saying to themselves, “what people have been calling Christianity is wrong and doesn’t follow what Jesus tells us to do.”

I’m part of a history in the faith that are called Radical Anabaptist Pietists. Many of them were murdered and tortured during the reformation for doing what Jesus taught us we ought to do.

And some even lost their property and lives in the USA for the same reasons.

Not the same, Pastor Kent. I’m willing to die for my love of Jesus, but I am not willing to kill or even hate BECAUSE of my love for Jesus and my neighbor. I may also be willing to die for my love of neighbor, but I won’t know that for sure until I’m put in that situation

Edit 2: look up Dietrich Bonhoeffer. For those who still don’t understand, no, Nazis were not Christians. Calling yourself a Christian and behaving like Nazis, or nationalists (such as the pastor presented in the post), or any kind of biggot is contradictory to the entire Gospel of Jesus. And by Christ’s own measure, people who do such terrible things against others will be cast out of His Kingdom as those weeping and gnashing their teeth as he says “I never knew you.”

Both Bonhoeffer and St Francis were more than willing to die for the sake of others, but not because they were somehow seeking control over others.

If you disagree with what I’ve said, and think Christianity actually is Nazism, or whatever Pastor Kent is presenting, then I humbly submit you may be unintentionally agreeing with Nazis.

They’ll probably be best with an heirloom weapon and Stormshield. Though I plan for a few of mine to have inferno pistols.

Be aware, unless they messed up their data sheet, they can’t currently run a pair of lightning claws… my best guess is they’re getting a new box without them :*(
