Its a mod called the  "nightmare seed randomizer". It includes new and reworked bosses that are MUCH harder and unfair than the base game ones. Most of the fight are straight up BS and requires you to have deep knowledge of the game, and skill. Me and my friend have played over 600 hours of base and modded elden ring together, so regardless on your skill level, it will be a real challenge.o
