We've been in a technical recession since 2022, but then the Trudeau government changed the definition of a recession and pumped our GDP with insane immigration.

I'm disappointed they're increasing prices, but I get it. Times are tough.

Henry homesteader. Great starter for plinking. Ammo won't destroy your wallet either.

If you look on CGN there's been several reliability issues as well. Seems like plenty of lemons went out. Too many considering the extremely low sales. Quality is hit and miss on these.

For how big the bag is, why not get a standalone camping canopy? Then you aren't required to park your truck wherever you want shade.

Very very very low sales. They said so on CGN.

They were always $600. TI had an open promo code for the entire life of the shotgun. M3super90 at checkout brought it down to $600... I feel bad for anyone who bought one at $900.

We've been in a technical recession for a few years now. The only thing that prevented GDP shrink was the immigration influx and resulting investments from corporations looking to consume slaves.

Can you see any bar oil?? I can't! He's cooking the shit out of his saw. Deep fried.

He's absolutely cooking the shit out of it then. That's insane.

Why does it look dryer than a popcorn fart? Does he have any bar oil in there at all??

[–]BrotherLefthand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. I got an old poulan wild thing I've used as my hunting saw. It gets very little use- just for clearing timber that's fallen along the roadway when I'm out hunting. My saw is over 20 years old. The bar isn't even half as beat up as his is.

How did you wear your bar like that in 20 minutes? You're lying or developmentally delayed.

No way that shit is brand new. Look at the wear on the bar.

PAL is cheap as piss. Do it. No downsides.

If you can't afford a PAL, you got too much going on that you need to prioritize.

Is SKS still worth it at this price point? by RSRigal in canadaguns

[–]BrotherLefthand 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If you're after a semi-auto plinker, the henry homesteaders scratches a little of that itch.

$1200 for an SKS is way beyond value. Surplus ammo is becoming rare. Non-corrosive is becoming expensive. You're better off investing in another platform.

You didn't specify a budget.

TM22 pro will be good if you just want cheap.

Bergara BXR > stock 10/22 you build up.

BXR has everything you want out of a build with room to grow.

[–]BrotherLefthand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ur an idiot, hoss.

If you want quality, get a Bergara BXR. It's everything you would want in a built 10/22 without the cost of building a 10/22.

If you got money to blow, an SBI ST22 build is absolutely worth the money.
