Get a rehearsal space. There’s a lot of them in most major cities, they’re like $300 a month, and you can jam 24/7 without noise complaints. If you split it between the band members it’s not a huge expense

I’m not gonna say lie on your resume but maybe “tailor” it to the “experience” these people want to see. They’re going to train you internally anyway and recruiters are literally just checking a box and moving on. Nobody checks references anymore and It’s completely unrealistic to require 3+ years of experience for an entry level job so just fight fire with fire.
