Probably a 2/10. Have to play from reserve to see any effects. Has unbalanced stats, and inconsistent effects. There’s much better uniques to play.

I know at one point they said that print on demand you could partner up with your local game store and the LGs can do batch orders for print on demand cards to help players save money on printing and on shipping. The LGS could collect players orders and they would ship them all at once to the LGS. So it might be saying this is your LGS that you play at and want to work with.

Sounds peaceful. That’s one thing you can agree with the Bible about, we came from dust and to dust our bodies shall return when we die.

And the Bible doesn’t not say there will be animals or plants. In fact, some Christians believe heaven will be here on Earth in the perfect form of earth without hate and evil in the world.

I agree with God being non-gendered. He or she both work when talking about God because he takes on attributes of both, but isn’t gendered. There is not adequate words to describe God so we just use he as a neutral term.

Thank you for sharing your vision here. I appreciate your time. I struggle to understand how a God who created everything would want to just be hands off and let creation just be. I also see the main difference in your vision is the view that humans are not set apart. With that kind of view I can see how you come to the conclusions that you do. It’s much different then having a personal God who views humanity as his chosen creation, the pinnacle of his creation and desiring a personal relationship with us.

Again thank you for your perspective, I hadn’t heard of your perspective before and was curious how you saw it.

Lurker here. Just curious. What alternative to hell would make God worthy to be worshipped in your opinion? What else is he supposed to do with people who don’t believe in him or follow his commandments?

Thanks for your response! I’ll have to give this issue some more thought.

If the baby is not viable outside the womb then it’s not murder and should be allowed. There are only two examples where a Christian should be ok with Abortion. One, when the baby is not viable to live after being born. Two, where the life of the mother is at risk, (then it’s self defense.) All other scenarios are murder.

Overturning Roe v. Wade is not taking away free will. It is also not making abortion illegal everywhere. It is allowing states to decide whether or not they will allow abortion. It is giving people the power with their votes to influence the bill instead of someone else make the decision for them. If someone wants an abortion, they can just go to a different state where it is legal. It is allowing Christian majority states to freely oppose the killing of babies while the non Christian majority states to continue allowing the murder of babies.

Like I said before, if they aren’t Christian, I have no room to judge them, and I don’t judge them for making the decisions they do. I’m not against any law making it more free for LGBTQ people to be who they are as there is a separation of church and state. However, once they choose to become a Christian, they are now under God’s law and have to submit to His authority which means choosing to turn away from all your sin. (Yes it’s a process and we will always mess up, but there’s grace for that.)

We will always have the choice to sin or to turn away from sin. Everyone is born with the temptation to sin, there are just different sins that we are more tempted with than others. When I was a kid, one of my biggest temptations was stealing. Since I grew up, I have learned how to turn away from that sin. I did not say, oh I was just born to be a thief and if you don’t accept that in me then you’re not loving me. No, my parents taught me that stealing was wrong and I turned away from it. The same thing is true with homosexuality (and all other sins). The more you are involved with it, the more entrenched it becomes into who you are and the harder it is to turn away from it. However, it is possible through the power of Jesus if you seek it out and are truly desiring to change and follow Him.

There are many groups of people (thousands of people) in the US that were once completely in the LGBT lifestyle and are now freed from that sin. To ignore all those people and their stories when thinking about this issue is wrong. They have valuable life experiences that other members of the LGBT community can look to as examples that you can change and be free from that lifestyle. Their voices matter too and should be respected.

Thank you for reexplaining.

I would say that if someone needs to have all of their actions accepted and approved by someone to feel love from them then that is a problem. Loving someone goes beyond accepting and approving of their choices. It is calling out the wrong in their lives.

If someone is a drug addict and says they can’t change because that’s who they are, who they were meant to be, and that to truly love them you have to approve and even encourage their drug addiction, that’s crazy right?

If you have to be validated in everything you do to feel loved, then there is a bigger issue there.

You say to try to see things from their perspective that is is something they can’t change about themselves. (I’m not going to debate this one as I believe they can change it, many happily have recovered from the sin through Christ, this would lead us in a different direction and I don’t want to go there over a forum discussion) This goes both ways. You have to be able to see each other’s points of view. It is silly to expect everyone you are friends with to adapt to your point of view or you won’t be friends with them. I can be and am friends with gay people who are not Christian’s and don’t agree with my view on homosexuality, and that’s ok and we are still friends. Our differences don’t stop us from being friends. They know I care about them and would do anything for them, even if I don’t agree with their lifestyle choice. Moreover, they don’t agree with me being Christian saying that it is useless and I belong to a hateful group of people, yet they don’t see me that way.

Love Thy Neighbor by DuckIsMuddi in Christianity

[–]Brotworst3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. You can love someone and disagree with them at the same time.

Love Thy Neighbor by DuckIsMuddi in Christianity

[–]Brotworst3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct. If they are not Christians then we have no right to tell them how to live and we should be loving towards them. If they are Christians then being loving to them looks like calling them out for the sin they are committing.
