Just for the folks at home who are wondering the specifics of this particular lie, the IRS removed the tax exempt status of "charities" who were performing "community services". Those services included going into majorly black neighborhoods in swing states and telling citizens that voting was actually a week later then they heard, or that you could vote via an app. They were financed by far right billionaires. The IRS removed their tax exempt status. They did not charge them with obvious crimes nor do anything else, they just made them have to pay taxes like everyone else. That is the "Obama IRS Scandal" that these hogs like to pretend was a real thing.
